The Laramie County Library, 2200 Pioneer Ave., is hosting a new style of local author event Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025. There will be workshops for authors in the morning and a Book Fair from 2 – 4 p.m. to which the public is invited. It will feature nearly two dozen Cheyenne authors of many genres–fantasy, romance, history, self-help, children’s books, etc.
I will have copies for sale of my newest book, The Best of Cheyenne Bird Banter ($24, see link for local and online availability and coverage by the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, https://cheyennebirdbanter.wordpress.com/2025/09/26/the-best-of-cheyenne-bird-banter/). I can take checks and cash.
And I’ll also have:
“Cheyenne Garden Gossip” – $25 (usually $24.90 plus tax)
“Cheyenne Birds by the Month” – $23 (usually $22.95 plus tax)
“Quilt Care, Construction and Use Advice” – $10 (usually $9.95 plus tax)
I also have a couple copies of “Dear Book, The 1916-1920 Diary of Gertrude Oehler Witte” – $23 (usually $22.95 plus tax). It is not available online.
